Upon completion of a Monthly Draft Consent Form a $100.00 monthly payment is charged via Automatic Draft for an agreed upon monthly term of 4 months. Each month on the day you specify an Automatic Draft is charged to your DEBIT/CREDIT CARD to include a minimum credit card fee.
